reduce the moisture content of plant. Thereafter, a big heap is made
from the small heap and wait for proper drying.

After Drying, the leaves are separated from the twig by soft beating. Small pieces of twigs still remain with leaves, which are separated in the winoyer. Finally, the material is packed in gunny bags or packed in jute-bags under pressure for long distance transport.
